HASEA is an Employers' Organisation striving to provide to its members a full range of services pertaining to labour related matters. As a non-profitable organisation, it is intent on performing its role in accordance with the spirit of the Labour Relations Act, and to ensure that where possible, the needs of its members are addressed, thereby promoting sound labour relations in the workplace. EA has a unique structure offering to its members a wide range of labour related services, ensuring effective functioning of the Organisation. HASEA functions on a National basis, and has professional and highly experienced Organizers representing members at the C.C.M.A. The Organisation offers professional assistance, amongst others, the following:
• Labour Law
• Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures
• Company disciplinary Code
• Dispute resolutions and processes
• Negotiations
• Conditions of Employment
• Retrenchment
• Mediation and Arbitration
• Dealing with Trade Unions
• Dealing with strikes
• Training staff in Labour Law & Labour Relations and Team Building
• Registering of Members to the Bargaining Councils. HASEA has a unique Portfolio/Structure which makes its functioning highly effective and most acceptable for Members.
