• Regularly communicating with dispatch staff to provide delivery updates and receive instructions for new deliveries.

• Understand the requirements of the market and market growth within industry.
• Monthly/ weekly reports on new development and requirements/ market trends.
• Acquiring new vehicle ranges and ensuring that parts are readily available to customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on the leaflet and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist branches that dial in for assistance on parts and or general queries.
• Make use of carpark information to determine current market demand.
• Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Work as part of the team to share ideas and improve operations within the department, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained.
• Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing and product development strategy.
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
• Support, comply and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, all the Companies policies and procedures, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures, etc.
• Support and encourage your team.
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
