Submit your application for the 2nd edition of UNESCO
Intercultural Leadership Programme, focusing on "Human Connection and in the Age of ".
This second edition aims to select 50 emerging , aged 25-45, addressing intercultural dialogue as a systemic challenge in the age of Al —from linguistic and cultural representation in data and models to power asymmetries, institutional trust, digital governance and unequal participation in shaping Al systems.

Selected participants will:
- Join high-level masterclasses and peer exchanges from October to December 2026;
- Design and lead a community initiative, and receive USD 10,000 seed grant support;
- Receive mentorship and leadership development;
- Participate in the UNESCO Global Dialogue for Peace in China in 2027; and
- Join UNESCO's Global Alumni Network.
The first edition identified and supported parliamentarians, government, policy, C-suite private sector, civil-society and academic leaders, and created a strong community of practice.

WE ARE HIRING: FINANCE OFFICER (KANO)

Are you a finance professional passionate about accountability, transparency, and impact-driven work? Bridge Connect Africa Initiative (BCAI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Officer to support our financial operations and strengthen our commitment to effective resource management.

The successful candidate will support:
Financial Management, Reporting and Accounting
Budgeting and Grants Management
Payrolls, Procurement and Audit

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably within the NGO or development sector.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and grants is highly desirable.
