S.MAB Agency isn't run from one office making decisions from a distance. It's run by branch managers who know their regions — the facilities, the professionals, the specific pressures each area faces.

In Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Pretoria and Rustenburg, our branch managers are the ones answering the 2am call when a facility is short-staffed, and the ones who know a placement is working not from a report, but from actually checking in.

That structure exists on purpose. Healthcare staffing that works has to be local enough to respond fast and consistent enough to be trusted everywhere. Our regional teams are how we hold both of those at once.
