The Human Resources Department is looking to fill in the position of Payroll and HR Systems Administrator.

Payroll and HR Systems Administrator
This position is open to Internal and External Applicants
Level: 4 Lower
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certificate Compulsory
• HR Diploma/Certificate would be an added advantage
• Previous payroll and HR experience would be an added advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excellent Excel skills
• VIP Payroll experience essential
• HR Premier and ESS experience would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of taxation would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of BCEA and relevance thereof
• Full payroll function – 3rd party payments, recons, full payroll processing and query handling
• Excellent Command of spoken and written English
• Excellent telephone skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good time management
• Able to work independently
• Able to plan, organize, monitor and control
• Compiling of reports
• Must be willing to work extra time when required
• High level of confidentiality required
• Own Transport
