A rapidly growing Supermarket chain, operating in all provinces throughout South Africa, is looking for recent graduates to become Retail Graduate Trainees. 🚀
Must be based in the following Provinces
*Mpumulanga
The successfully recruited Graduate Trainee will literally begin their journey on the sales floor of a supermarket, before working their way through other areas in the business.
The primary focus of the program will be to participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and
expertise with managerial responsibilities. This Graduate Trainee Program should prepare you for future development in the company, which includes,
but not limited to, areas of operations management, people management and retail management.
Qualifications and experience
*University degree is essential
*Some retail experience will be an added advantage
