"🌸 Not silence. Not shame. Just strength. 🌸

Yesterday, we had the most beautiful conversation at Tsaroga Phoka Primary School, as it was Word Menstruation Day. Not just about periods but about growing up with dignity. We talked about why pads are a sign of care, not a secret to hide. We laughed, we learned, and we reminded every girl and boy that menstruation isn’t something to be embarrassed about. It’s proof that our bodies know exactly how to nurture life.

To every young girl: carrying a pad in your bag isn’t anything to hide. It means you’re prepared, you’re strong, and you’re exactly where you need to be in your journey.

To every young boy: your kindness and understanding make this world safer. Thank you for listening, for asking questions, and for growing into allies.

This is what real care looks like, not just donating pads, but donating the courage to talk openly. 💕
