We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist for supporting and strengthening the organization's QMS, implementing FSSC requirements and promoting continuous improvements across operations.

Minimum Requirements:
➡️ Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
➡️ Food manufacturing experience is essential.
➡️ Practical experience working with QMS in a food-manufacturing environment.
➡️ Knowledge of FSSC 22000, food-safety management systems.
➡️ Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.
➡️ Experience with internal audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Coordinate and support FSSC implementation.
➡️ Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits.
➡️ Identify process gaps and quality risks.
➡️ Promote quality awareness and provide guidance or training on QMS and FSSC requirements.
➡️ Support external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
➡️ Support ongoing improvement of QMS processors.
