Are you a commercially minded CA (SA) ready to take the lead in financial management and play a key role in strategic business decision-making? Our client is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee the Group’s financial management, reporting, tax strategy, financial controls and statutory compliance within a growing, multi-branch business.

Key Responsibilities:
➡ Oversee Group financial management and reporting
➡ Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
➡ Provide strategic tax guidance and oversee SARS compliance
➡ Manage annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
➡ Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
➡ Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including CIPC and Stats SA submissions
➡ Partner with the Managing Director and Chairman to support commercial decisions, profitability and business growth
➡ Lead and develop the existing finance team

Minimum Requirements:
➡ Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with completed articles
➡ 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial environment
➡ Strong knowledge of South African taxation and statutory compliance
➡ Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis and financial controls
➡ Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities

Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Executive to lead the development and delivery of commercially viable, technically sound and operationally sustainable supply chain solutions. This role provides strategic engineering leadership, drives operational improvement and ensures customer requirements are translated into efficient, cost-effective operating models.

Key Responsibilities:
➡ Lead supply chain engineering, network design and optimisation across warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory and production logistics.
➡ Oversee solution development, RFQs, feasibility studies, costing, proposals and implementation planning.
➡ Develop operational models, resource plans, productivity calculations and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements.
➡ Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial, Finance, Operations and Technology teams to deliver sustainable customer value.
➡ Drive operational transformation, continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
➡ Evaluate and implement fit-for-purpose technology, automation, ERP, WMS, TMS and business intelligence solutions.
➡ Establish engineering standards, technical governance, risk management and quality assurance processes.
➡ Lead, mentor and develop the solutions engineering team while managing resources, budgets and performance.
➡ Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, providing technical expertise and commercially sound recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:
➡ Recognised four-year degree in Industrial Engineering, another relevant engineering discipline, logistics or a related field.
➡ At least 10 years’ relevant experience in supply chain engineering, contract logistics, manufacturing logistics or complex operations.
