Basic Legal Degree/ Three year HR/ IR Degree/ Diploma would be preferential for a successful candidate
Duties will include the following (but not limited):
• Chairing of Disciplinary inquiries,
• Ill health and poor work performance consults,
• Retrenchment. wage negotiations, Union meetings etc
· In order to address workplace concerns between employees and employers.
Job Skills:
• An assertive, proactive person who can think on their feet
• Good interpersonal skills and good understanding of people
• Good job ethics in that he/she would be required to eventually perform much of his/ her
functions without being supervised.
· Definitely an extremely positive attitude a priority
• A dedicated person who does what it takes to get the job done
• A basic legal degree or diploma in IR/ HR or Industrial Psychology
• Company vehicle provided. The employee will be entitled to full use of the company vehicle, upon being made permanent. The job entails visiting client’s premises, on a daily basis,
Junior level position, will be assisted and trained by Senior partners, if it is needed.
Salary – R11500.00 monthly
