Azaniamodels Pty Ltd - HIRING: Operations Manager.

Who we are: Azania Models - Boutique home-based model agency in SA.

We focus on commercial/fashion/influencer talent.

Role: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Remote/Home-based. Must be in SA. PMB/DBN preferred for client meetings.
Type: Full-time / Part-time + Commission

What you’ll run:
1. Client bookings from first email to final invoice
2. Manage 10-30 models: availability, comp cards, contracts
3. Coordinate shoots, photographers, and deliverables
4. Keep finances clean: track income, expenses, model payments
5. Grow client base + keep existing clients happy

You need:
• 2+ years in modeling, events, marketing, or agency work
• Extremely organized. Google Sheets + WhatsApp pro
• Good network with brands, photographers, models
• Self-starter. You can run things without being micromanaged
• Professional but hustle mindset

Pay: base will be discussed + 10% commission on new clients/bookings
