We are looking for an experienced Adventure Tour Guide to lead Afrikaans-speaking tour groups on scheduled journeys through Botswana, Zambia and Malawi. This is a hands-on role combining guiding, professional driving, guest care, cross-border logistics, catering, tour finances and administration.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver safe, informative and well-organised tours in line with approved itineraries.
Manage manifests, headcounts, indemnities and guest documentation.
Provide destination, nature, cultural and local information throughout the journey.
Coordinate scheduled activities, entrance arrangements and national park visits.
Drive safely and complete pre-departure vehicle, equipment and document checks.
Manage border crossings and required passenger, statutory and cross-border documentation.
Take responsibility for guest safety and emergency procedures.
Manage tour funds, expenditure and post-tour financial reconciliation.
Complete guide reports, guest feedback, tour files and administration.

Minimum requirements:
Fluent spoken and written Afrikaans and English.
Valid Code 10 driving license and Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
NQF Level 2 or 4 Tourism Guiding Certificate or National Tour Guide qualification.
Valid first-aid certification.
Leadership ability and confidence managing groups of travellers.
Guiding and professional driving capability.
Basic mechanical knowledge.

Previous overland adventure guiding experience is preferred. German language ability and experience travelling or guiding in Botswana, Zambia, Malawi or similar Southern African destinations will be advantageous, as will experience with cross-border documentation, group finances and multi-day tour logistics.

Experienced in group flight reservations and ticketing? We’re looking for a detail-oriented consultant to manage travel bookings for groups and individual travellers across corporate and leisure accounts.

Key responsibilities:
• Handle domestic, regional and international reservations and ticketing.
• Manage group bookings on Amadeus.
• Identify suitable routes and competitive fares.
• Process invoicing on Quicktrav.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and meet booking deadlines.

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12.
• 5–8 years’ ticketing/reservations experience for group travel.
• Strong fares knowledge and experience with corporate and leisure bookings.
• Basic financial knowledge, including margins, mark-ups, VAT and commissions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and accuracy.

RMV Solutions is recruiting an experienced Lodge Manager for a prestigious five-star safari lodge in the Eastern Cape. This is a live-in opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of lodge operations, guest experience, team performance, property standards and commercial results.

✨ What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading Guest Relations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, kitchen and maintenance operations
• Maintaining exceptional five-star guest and service standards
• Managing budgets, P&L, cost controls, stock and operational performance
• Leading, coaching and developing lodge teams
• Overseeing property standards, inspections and preventative maintenance
• Managing guest feedback, complaints and service recovery

🎯 Essential requirements:
• Matric plus a Hotel Management degree, National Diploma or certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a five-star lodge or hotel, including management responsibility
• Strong cross-departmental hospitality leadership experience
• Financial and operational management capability
