We’re growing our team at Family Wealth Custodians.
We’re looking for a Client Liaison – Onboarding & Servicing to join our team in Paarl.
This is an important role within our client experience. You’ll help guide new clients through the onboarding process, assist with new business submissions, service existing clients and work closely with our advisory team and investment platforms.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
2–3 years’ experience in client services, client liaison, investment administration, or financial planning support.
Experience within a financial advisory, wealth management, investment, insurance, or employee benefits environment.
Experience with client onboarding, FICA/KYC requirements, new business applications and ongoing client servicing.
Familiarity with provider platforms such as Allan Gray, Ninety One, Glacier, Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual and Sanlam.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and digital document management systems.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
