Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the Food Safety Management System and participate in HACCP studies and reviews as part of the Food Safety Team.
Plan and schedule packing teams and cheese packaging according to packing sheets.

Oversee all cheese packaging areas, ensuring cleanliness, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
