As their new Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
📌Managing the joint portfolio of client-signed customers using warehousing and distribution services; act as the primary commercial interface.
📌Coordinating onboarding, implementation and ongoing delivery between company and client to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
📌Growing existing accounts through upsell/cross-sell of warehousing, distribution and value-added services.
📌Developing and closing new opportunities for the company's client offering; support client acquisition with solution design, pricing inputs and implementation readiness.

What you’ll need:
🌀Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial account management, key account leadership, business development, or client partnership management within logistics, 3PL, supply chain, warehousing and distribution Essential
🌀Matric plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field Essential
🌀Proven experience growing existing accounts through upsell/cross-sell of warehousing, distribution and value-added services Essential
🌀Warehousing & distribution fundamentals (including SOP awareness; cost-to-serve drivers) within all verticals including Express, Health Care, Contract Logistics

As their new Ai Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, building, and deploying 🧠 Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that solve real business problems and enhance the organisation’s existing digital ecosystem.
Identifying high-value AI use cases, prototyping intelligent solutions, and integrating AI capabilities such as Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, computer vision, intelligent document processing, and conversational agents into the company’s current platforms.

You’ll need:
📌A minimum of 3 years as an AI Engineer from a production environment
