As their new Responsible Pharmacist, you will:
📌Manage compliance with all relevant legislation, particularly the Medicines and Related Substances Act
📌Ensure that the warehouse is under continuous supervision of a pharmacist during operating hours, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
📌Enhance operational efficiencies and ensure that all cost containment initiatives, cut-off times, and deadlines are met
📌Manage the day-to-day activities at the wholesaler, ensuring smooth and compliant operations

What you’ll need:
🔹Minimum of 5 years as a Responsible Pharmacists with Logistics Operations experience essential.
🔹Matric plus Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M Pharm), or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree is essential
🔹A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, with a strong background in pharmacy operations
🔹Must be a registered pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) or equivalent professional body
🔹Experience managing SAHPRA audits essential

Requirements
📌Minimum 5 years billing, invoicing, accounts receivable or revenue operations experience
📌2–3 years supervisory or team leadership experience within a billing or finance
administration environment
📌Understanding of end-to-end invoice production, billing batches, customer account billing rules and invoice despatch controls.
📌Knowledge of rates application, rate sign-off requirements, billing validations and exception handling.
📌Understanding of billing accuracy controls, credit note drivers, invoice rework, customer billing queries and revenue leakage risks.
📌Grade 12 with Mathematics
📌Diploma in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related field advantageous

Responsibilities
✅ Lead, allocate work, monitor performance and drive delivery through Billing Specialists and Billing Clerks.
✅ Invoice review, billing validation, reconciliation and quality control .
✅ Analyse billing errors, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

As their new Driver Trainer, you will:
📌 Develop, facilitate, assess and continuously improve the competence of our clients drivers and subcontracted drivers to support safe, legal, reliable and quality-focused transport operations.
📌 Deliver theoretical, practical, yard-based and in-cab training and assessment in accordance with applicable South African road transport legislation, prevailing QCTO/TETA requirements and recognised occupational/unit-standard frameworks, approved procedures, customer requirements and the company's QHSE Management System.
📌 Provide specialist driver training, coaching, assessment and competency assurance to support safe, compliant and efficient transport operations.

You’ll need:
