Weโre kicking off our Meet the Team series with the HR department, and first up is Mpho! ๐งก
If youโve ever wondered whether one person can be in five places at once, Mpho is probably your answer! ๐๐โโ๏ธ
Between visiting clients, making sure everyone has the right contracts, keeping clients happy and handling HR matters, this man is practically always on the move. We're not sure if he walks anywhere anymore, he might just be permanently in transit! ๐๐จ
Jokes aside, Mpho plays an important role in supporting our clients, keeping documentation in order and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly.
So, we decided it was time to slow him down for five minutes and ask him a few VERY important questions. ๐

1. Describe your job in three words.
Dynamic, challenging and rewarding.
2. What would you do first if the entire office suddenly had no internet for a day?
Take the opportunity to tackle a few offline tasks and enjoy a change of pace! ๐
3. If you could swap jobs with anyone at ALOS for one day, who would it be and why?
Innocent โ to see how he manages to keep the company vehicles, training area and outdoor spaces in tip top condition! ๐๐ฟ
4. What would your colleagues nominate you for at the ALOS Awards?

5. What is your most-used phrase at work?

6. What is your ideal way to spend a day off?
Spending quality time with his son and studying. โค๏ธ๐
7. What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
We're still waiting for Mpho to come up with an answer! ๐ Apparently, even he needs a little time to think about this one.
8. How long have you been part of the ALOS family?
Five years! ๐
9. What is the best piece of life advice you would give someone?
