⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY AWARENESS – TRUCK DRIVING EXPERIENCE ⚠️

I want to address something that is extremely important when applying for positions that require semi-truck and manual truck driving experience.

🚛 A truck is not just another piece of equipment. You cannot “wing it” or fake experience behind the wheel of a semi.

If a position requires experienced truck driving, please be 100% truthful about your level of experience.

If you have only driven occasionally, say so.
If you are not confident driving a manual transmission, say so.
If you don't have experience hauling loaded trailers, don't claim that you do.

There is absolutely no shame in saying you don't have a certain skill. We would much rather know exactly what experience you have and try to match you with the right position.

But when it comes to a semi-truck, exaggerating your experience can have very serious consequences.

You are operating thousands of kilograms of grain on public roads. A mistake doesn't only affect you or your employer — it can cost someone's life.

The same goes for references. Please do not confirm that someone can safely operate a semi-truck unless you genuinely know that they have the experience and ability to do so independently and safely.

Everyone wants that opportunity, but getting the job should never be more important than being honest about whether you can safely do it.

Be truthful about your experience.
Know your limitations.
A job can be replaced. A life cannot. 🚛

🇺🇸 POTENTIAL VETERINARY TECHNICIAN POSITION – MONTANA 🐂💉

We are looking for potential applicants for a Veterinary Technician / Cattle Health position on a ranch in Montana.

CATTLE KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL.

The position will involve assisting throughout key stages of the cattle season, including:

🐄 Calving
🔥 Branding
💉 Vaccinations & animal health
🐂 Weaning
🩺 General cattle care and veterinary assistance

📅 Possible start: Fall 2026 OR January 2027
The exact contract period is still being determined and could potentially run through the main cattle season.

Requirements:
• Veterinary Technician qualification and/or strong relevant veterinary experience
• Excellent practical cattle knowledge and handling experience
• Experience with cattle health and treatments
• Comfortable working hands-on in a ranch environment
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
• Good references will be required
