Our story
Favo Health was launched in 2008 and soon expanded its services into permanent recruitment, strategic planning and the development of expertise through the measurement, management and development of people and systems. In 2015 we identified the need to expand our services into the financial and technical sectors and have launched a dedicated Division addressing the market gaps.

We believe that we have a responsibility not only to place expertise for our clients, but also to ensure that candidates are placed in companies and positions where they will flourish as individuals. It is about growth, it is about you and me, it is about us.
Since launch in November 2008 we’ve successfully rolled out Recruitment and Marketing & Sales solutions to numerous Local and Multi-national companies. Placement of expertise is backed by the equally important responsibility of developing expertise. The founder, Anton Esterhuyse, is an accredited John Maxwell trainer and finds his passion best served when developing middle management and sales teams.
