🎸✨ BEAT AS ONE: PROGRESSION CASUAL DAY ROCK STARS! 🎤🕺

What happens when you give the Progression team a theme, a stage and permission to unleash their inner rock star? PURE ENTERTAINMENT! 🤩

Our Beat as One – Rhythm Matters Casual Day celebration today was fantastic, filled with incredible outfits, big personalities, questionable dance moves and performances that definitely deserve an encore! 😂🎶

From musical icons and legendary bands to creative interpretations we didn’t see coming, our teams truly turned up, showed up and brought the energy. We had lip-syncing, dancing, dramatic performances, plenty of laughs and some serious commitment to the costumes! 👑🎤🔥

But beyond all the fun, Beat as One was a wonderful reminder of what inclusion is all about. We may have different talents, personalities, strengths and rhythms, but when everyone gets the opportunity to contribute, we make one incredible team. ❤️

A huge well done to everyone who took part, dressed up, performed, cheered from the sidelines and helped make this Casual Day so memorable!

We were so honoured to be part of the Disability Connect Conference & Expo, a leading platform bringing together employers, learners, graduates and entrepreneurs with disabilities to drive practical action towards closing the disability employment gap.

Our very own Managing Director, Tarryn Mason, served as Programme Director for the HR conference segment, while Justene Smith, our Disability Specialist, shared valuable insights on “Accessibility as a Talent Strategy.”

We also had the opportunity to connect, engage and share our work from our exhibition stand, making meaningful connections and championing a future where disability inclusion is not just a goal, but a business priority.

What a fantastic day at the Artisans Republik Winter Makers Market!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate local talent, creativity and community. It was wonderful to see visitors exploring the incredible handcrafted products created by our Employment Hubs and talented local artisans, from ceramics, jewellery and leather goods to artwork, home décor, artisan food and so much more.

The music, delicious food and vibrant atmosphere made it a day to remember. Thank you to every exhibitor, customer and supporter who helped make the market such a success. We can't wait to do it again!

What a fantastic morning! ☕✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us today at the HR Works Networking Breakfast in Cape Town, where we tackled "Disability Inclusion: The Questions HR Keeps Asking." It was an engaging discussion filled with practical insights, honest conversations and shared experiences on building more inclusive workplaces.

We were also thrilled to officially launch our new Disability Portal, and congratulations to the three organisations that won a FREE pilot of the platform!

And a huge shout out to our speakers, Tarryn Mason and Justene Smith, for leading such an inspiring conversation, and to HR Works for providing the platform to spark meaningful discussions around disability inclusion.

Ahead of Mandela Day, our team had the privilege of joining Lions Cricket and Ashraful Aid at the Wanderers Stadium for a special day of giving back.

Working together, we helped pack food parcels that will reach families in need across South Africa, with a focus on women-headed households, children and the elderly.

Mandela Day reminds us that every act of service, no matter how small, has the power to make a meaningful difference. We are proud to have played our part and even prouder to have done it together.

This Youth Day, we celebrate the potential, talent and resilience of South Africa’s young people.

While we honour the legacy of the youth of 1976 who fought for a better future, we must also acknowledge the reality facing many young South Africans today as unemployment remains one of the country’s greatest challenges.

Creating meaningful opportunities through education, skills development and workplace inclusion is not just an investment in young people, it’s an investment in South Africa’s future.
