Inclusion means making space for every mind.

At Progression, we believe that building inclusive workplaces means recognising and supporting people with diverse needs, including those living with mental and psychiatric conditions.

Mental health conditions are not always visible, but their impact can be very real. Creating a more inclusive workplace starts with understanding, challenging stigma and ensuring that people feel safe to disclose, ask for support and access reasonable accommodation without fear of judgement.

This World Mental Health Day, let's move beyond awareness towards meaningful action. Because true inclusion means creating workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Today, the Progression team is wearing black to mourn the tragic loss of nine women in the Ekurhuleni area and stand in solidarity against Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

We understand that finding a job or learnership can be tough. But faking a disability or submitting a fake doctor’s letter is not the answer.

❌ It can take an opportunity away from a genuine candidate.
❌ It can damage your credibility and future opportunities.
❌ And submitting fraudulent documentation can have serious consequences.

At Progression, we verify the documentation provided by candidates and thoroughly assess disability-related information. If a doctor’s letter or other supporting documentation is found to be fraudulent, we will take action.

👉 Don’t risk your future for an opportunity. Be honest. Be genuine. Do the right thing.

His breakthrough has arrived!

Richard Panjecane started his journey with Progression in 2019. Since then, he has completed various nationally recognised learnerships while gaining practical experience across multiple departments.
And now, the hard work has paid off.
In August, Richard started his new chapter with a permanent job at a leading private healthcare company.

His story is a powerful reminder of what learnerships can create when qualifications, practical experience and determination come together.
