Qualifications

At least 3 months customer service work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Matric
Clear Credit and Criminal record
Computer literate and ability to speed type
Ability to work shifts various shifts within a 24 hour environment
