The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring a consistent, premium customer experience across all touchpoints.

REQUIRMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably within premium or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of the outdoor, adventure, or lifestyle market
Experience managing a brand with both product-driven and experiential elements'

Additional Requirements
A genuine interest in outdoor pursuits, adventure, and lifestyle retail is essential

REQUIRMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in fashion design and/or fashion retail management
Proven experience in designing clothing for retail, preferably outdoor or functional wear
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a fashion environment
A strong and diverse portfolio of original design work (submission required)
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)

Requirements:
Formal qualification in Viticulture, Oenology, Agriculture, or a related discipline or extensive proven experience as a commercial winemaker.
Minimum 15 years’ winemaking experience, preferably within a wine estate or boutique cellar environment

Duties & Responsibility
Cellar operations (racking, barreling, filtration, barrel management and maintenance)
Grape reception and fermentation control
Wine maturation and quality management
Basic laboratory analysis and record-keeping
Forklift operating experience with a valid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
Highly developed sensory evaluation and tasting skills, including blending decisions and final wine approvals.
Sound technical knowledge of South African wine production practices and regulations.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with cellar or inventory systems (e.g. SAGE) is advantageous.
Ability to plan and manage production volumes, stock movement, and cellar workflows efficiently.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
