RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering phones, handling emails, and managing filing.

Operational Management:

There are two sections to this position. The first is to look after the bookkeeping of the client’s company in Gauteng (import / export) and the second is to oversee a self-catering guesthouse which is in the process of being built in Knysna. This should be completed by the end of this year.
BREAKDOWN OF DUTIES:
Handling of Debtors and Creditors
Monthly financial statements

• Record day to day transactions
