Are you an experienced Food Safety & Quality Assurance professional ready to take the lead in maintaining and strengthening food safety and quality systems?
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our client’s team and oversee food safety, quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement.
🧪 KEY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Microbiology or a related field
✅ Proven experience in Food Safety & Quality Assurance
✅ Strong knowledge and practical experience in HACCP
✅ Experience with FSSC 22000, particularly Intertek standards
✅ Experience managing external and internal audits
✅ Experience with laboratory testing and sample analysis
✅ Experience conducting risk assessments
✅ Strong understanding of food safety legislation and quality standards
✅ Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Implement and maintain food safety management systems and SOPs
🔹 Oversee HACCP and FSSC 22000 compliance
🔹 Prepare for and manage external audits
🔹 Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
🔹 Oversee laboratory testing and quality verification
🔹 Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
🔹 Conduct staff training on food safety and quality requirements
🔹 Monitor quality and food safety performance
🔹 Drive continuous improvement across the client site
