We are looking for an Academic & Development Coordinator for 3 boys (Grade 7, 4 & 1) to assist with academic and development. This role requires maturity, organisation, authority and consistency. This would suit someone studying towards a teaching qualification, who is confident enough to provide structured leadership while still being warm and approachable.

โข Collecting and transporting children to and from school and extra-mural activities
โข Daily structured homework supervision
โข Test and assessment preparation
โข Tracking academic deadlines and school communication
โข Ensuring school bags, uniforms and sports kit are organised
โข Maintaining accountability and discipline in afternoon routines
โข Supervising occasional outings and activities
โข Occasional errands or small household support if required
โข Weekly progress communication with parent

โข Strong academic record
โข Studying towards a degree, or qualified in education/psychology/related field (advantageous)
โข Teaching or tutoring experience preferred
โข Excellent driver with valid licence

โข Organised and proactive
โข Trustworthy and responsible
โข Punctual and reliable
