How It All Begun...

My first position was with Kelly Personnel and that’s where the “Recruitment Bug” got under my skin. The emotional satisfaction of changing people’s lives, helping to incorporate them back into society and giving them and their families hope and a future was my fix - my personal conviction!

With years of experience and expertise, my people skills and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I ate, drank and slept Recruitment!!! So the conception of my passion materialized in 1997, started with a R20 pay-as-you-go Telkom landline and home computer whilst catering for Chemfit in Boksburg to initially carry company overheads. I would interview and/or train candidates and visit potential clients for job spec’s in the afternoons, working long hours.

After month’s of dedication, perseverance and tenacity we were a success, the catering came to an end as the company was self sustaining. We had made our mark in the market place with our niche for the culture fit between client and candidate over and above providing sort after high-end candidates.

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank those who have assisted us with being a success in the industry, wishing each and everyone of you the continuity of prosperity, not only financially but a well balanced life style.
