*Main Purpose of Role*

To facilitate the efficient and professional working of the office of the Managing Director of the Call Centre.

*Required Qualification*

• Matric
• Secretarial or Administrative Certificate/Diploma advantageous

*Required Minimum Work Experience*
• 1– 2 years as a PA

*Key Performance Areas*

Administration
o Manage and schedule relevant meetings in diaries (internal and external) as well as rescheduling and cancelling where necessary
o Screen meeting requests and calls by assessing the importance and urgency

o Receive and welcome external stakeholders in a professional manner Personal Assistant

o Attend meetings with MD, draft and distribute minutes for meetings
o Sort and distribute incoming mail
o Complete travel arrangements and bookings timeously
o Set up and coordinate events, functions, and conferences (both internal and external)
o Complete venue bookings and ensure required equipment is available and catering requirements are met
o Prepare documentation for meetings timeously and accurately, compile and distribute agenda points
o Complete and submit finance administration including travel and expense claims and reconciling of invoices
o Arrange payments when required using the company credit card or through the Finance department
o Assist with ad hoc requests daily
o Assist the MD with reasonable personal errands

My client in Centurion (Gauteng) in the Insurance & Financial services industry are looking for individuals with disabilities for permanent job opportunities in their call center (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A LEARNERSHIP OR INTERNSHIP BUT A PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY). A fixed salary for the 1st three months around R18000 that includes medical aid and pension. Thereafter it’s a small basic plus commission (from sales that you make for the month).
