• Arusha Screening is a newly established and black empowered company. As South African entrepreneurs rise and endeavour into various business routes, we as directors identified a niche market which exists in the Pre-Employment Screening, Integrity and Background Checks Process.
• Arusha Screening services school leavers, individual job seekers, recruiters, government officials, non-profit organisations as well as the human resource community, with candidate screening, pre-employment and integrity checks, psychometric assessments, polygraph test and drafting of professional resumes.
2. Merusha Recruitment
• Merusha Recruitment is also an independent, 100% Black managed and owned company which specialises in providing recruitment services in Permanent, Contract, Head Hunting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
• We have strategic alliances with other partners to provide a complete and holistic service. Both companies are 100% black-owned company, and Brian Radebe, the Director of Arusha screening and Managing member of Merusha Recruitment has over 15 years of experience within the recruitment industry. With this experience of recruitment and candidate management process (RCMP), We saw a gap in the pre-employment screening, integrity and background checks process and that cultivated this idea.
