Are you an experienced Procurement Professional with a background in fresh produce, packaging, and raw material sourcing? This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for securing consistent supply across multiple departments — including Fresh Cut, Juice, Export, and IQF — while upholding the highest ethical, technical, and sustainability standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Planning
Lead 12-week rolling procurement plans across all production areas
Align sourcing strategies with forecast, seasonality, and local/export requirements
Contribute to cost efficiency and long-term planning

🔹 Supplier Engagement & Compliance
Manage direct relationships with fruit growers and packaging suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance against technical, ethical, and sustainability standards

🔹 Operational & Inventory Control
Oversee stock movement, inspection, and receipt of all raw materials

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of citrus and sub-tropical products, including concentrate, oils, molasses, pulps, and cells.
Manufacture quality products within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
