Twenty years ago, we started with a simple but powerful belief: that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive through work.
Today, Step Ahead Staffing stands as proof of what happens when purpose meets persistence. For two decades, we have done more than place candidates, we have restored confidence, opened doors that once felt permanently closed, and helped organisations build teams that are stronger because they are inclusive.
For 13 of those 20 years, we have intentionally led in disability-inclusive recruitment, not as a trend, but as a commitment. A commitment to seeing ability first. A commitment to building workplaces that truly reflect the world we live in.
