EPM/BPC/OneStream Consultant

Consultants wanting to broaden their EPM/BPC/OneStream experience who will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle from requirements through to build and post go live support, working as part of a varied team of experts.

Responsibilities:
· Support the project financial manager to troubleshoot queries raised on the OneStream system by end users.
· Support Implementation Roadmap and Plan; as well as write, communicate, facilitate and present clearly; to internal staff and management.
· Providing technical assistance to admin support office on OneStream with regards to understanding workings applied to configuration and calculations (e.g., analysing financial report calculations)
· Provide information and recommendations around accounting practices and reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX, etc.
· Train the business users on how to administer the consolidation system
· Analysing OneStream validations and developing frequent asked questions user guides
· Communicate effectively with client executives, Finance resources and IT resources
· Attend to adhoc queries and assignments that may arise over and above what is detailed above
· Leverage technology specific toolset to define all data mappings, validation rules and data loads

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; or
· IT degree with Finance/Accounting experience will also be considered
· Complementary certifications such as SAP BPC, OneStream Software an advantage
· OneStream development experience an advantage
· Experience with financial systems and processes relating to consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
· +2 years Audit/Corporate level accounting/Finance experience

Other requirements
· Experience of a recognized EPM Software – OneStream would be ideal, but we are also very interested to meet candidates with experience of Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, SAP BPC, Tagetik or other EPM tools targeted to the enterprise market.
· Strong interpersonal skills, capability to mitigate conflicts and find solutions, strong desire to see clients succeed
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
· Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and own vehicle (an advantage)
· Very strong understanding of business drivers and indicators across all functions.
· Ability to handle organizational interdependencies.
