In 2013 as I approached 10 years’ experience in recruiting, I was continuously confronted with the challenge of a demand and supply gap of resources. The consuming question that has always persisted was, “How can I best leverage this experience in talent acquisition across various sectors to service these gaps in the market?”

“From being an external recruitment consultant to internal recruitment consulting, along with 5 years in Senior Management as a Talent Acquisition Manager, what new insights gleaned from my professional experiences can I bring to the market?”

MSX Resources was established in the resourcing space addressing emerging technologies and dynamic capabilities.
