It is mandatory for Private Sector to spend money on “social upliftment and development” and sadly allot of this has been done to tick boxes and not to create long term sustainable and viable platforms. With the amount of money that organisations spend in this space, there is no reason for failure on projects or incorrect identification of needs and solutions.

You’ve got to ask your self, why on earth would any intelligent person sign off on spending money on a project that doesn’t actually count for anything at the end of the day.
