Procurement Manager ( Rosslyn / Pretoria )
This multi faceted position requires experienced ( minimum 8 years ) in procurement , logistics , sales, customer service & Forex as well as management experience of a small team. Duties Include : TENDERS - pricing and bid submission PROCUREMENT - maintain preferred supplier list ( foreign supplies , new supplies ) , negotiate terms , track & expedite LOGISTICS - import/export air and sea and overboarder SALES - quotes to internal/external clients , process in Pastel system CUSTOMS - process all paperwork imports and exports for customs clearing and forwarding ( including temporary imports/exports ) FOREIGN EXCHANGE -process and maintain records of all financial transactions

ESSENTIAL to have Procurement Management degree 8 years experience Up to date with New Customs INCOTERMS and Foreign payments Candidates should have good financial and language skills
