Role Summary

The Regional Lead is the heartbeat of the region. This is a strong leadership role responsible for two pillars: 1. driving commercial performance (SALES) across a portfolio of boutiques,

2. developing the people who make that performance possible.

You will be expected to be present in the stores, alive in the numbers and deeply invested in the growth of every individual in the region.

This role will also form part of the company’s global expansion plan into Australia and therefore semi-annual travel into Aus for 2 weeks at a time will be required.



What we are looking for:

Experience & Background

• Proven track record in luxury retail sales (3- 5 years) — must have experience leading other retail sales staff within luxury retail

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-team environments.

• Formal or applied training facilitation experience — comfortable designing and delivering to adult learners.

• Background in HR or people management, including performance processes and recruitment.

• Exposure to CRM-driven sales environments and data-led performance management.

Legal Compliance AND Credit Risk Officer- Agri Trading Commodity Exp Required

Our client is an established Agri commodity trading company seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Officer to strengthen its compliance, credit risk and regulatory framework.

This newly established role will have a particular focus on F**A Compliance, National Credit Act (NCA) compliance and Credit Risk Management, while also providing support to the Legal function where required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR CONSIDERATION
Fluency in both Afrikaans and English — spoken and written — is essential, as the ability to confidently communicate, interpret and prepare business, legal and compliance documentation in both languages is required.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Credit Control or F**A Compliance.
Relevant qualification in Risk Management, Compliance, Credit Management, Law, Finance is essential. Degree/Diploma level preferred.
Practical F**A and National Credit Act experience is non-negotiable.
High Preference will be given to candidates with current/previous Agri Commodity Trading industry experience in Compliance/Legal/Risk , However, previous experience within a corporate, commercial, credit, financial services or legal environment will be considered

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the organisation's F**A compliance programme and ensuring ongoing compliance with the National Credit Act.
Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.
Monitoring regulatory, credit and operational compliance, identifying risks and recommending corrective action.
Conducting compliance monitoring and internal reviews, as well as supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
Developing and maintaining compliance registers, policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
Supporting credit risk assessments, credit approval processes and the Credit Committee.
Preparing compliance, credit risk and regulatory reports for management.
Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements.
Supporting the Legal function with documentation, administration and ad hoc compliance projects.
