πΉ Self-starter who is keen, hungry, and happy to drive into townships in Tshwane regularly to visit Retail and Wholesale customers
πΉ Proven Business Development & Client Acquisition experience selling to Wholesale and Retail customers in Townships
πΉ Experience in Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
πΉ Excellent Negotiation & Deal Closing abilities
πΉ Prior experience in Market Research & Competitor Analysis
πΉ Successful Team Leadership, Coaching & Mentorship experience
π Duties
β’ Direct sales operations across Tshwane informal markets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets
β’ Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, driving performance through structured training and on-site mentorship
β’ Implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and improve rate of sale for a Premium Maize Meal π½
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners, securing long-term contracts and expanding market share
β’ Conduct competitor and market analysis, identifying opportunities that drive growth in Tshwane informal market sales
β’ Report on regional KPIs, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
