Our team is headed by Simon Ridge (Managing Director), a Chartered Accountant with an MBA, who has extensive prior experience as a Director in listed and multinational companies, and Lee Ridge (Founder and Managing Consultant) who has over eighteen years experience in Personnel Recruitment. Simon Ridge is a Director, Vice-President and Treasurer of APSO and has served on the APSO National Executiv

e for the past ten years, three of those as President. He has also previously served for three years on the Services SETA Labour Recruitment Chamber Board. He is Treasurer and a founding board member of the Confederation of Associations in Personnel Employment Sector (CAPES), having served on that board for five years, and also represents Africa and the Middle-East as a board member of the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies (CIETT), which is based in Brussels. Leaders Personnel is a Level Two BEE Contributor and is a Value-added Supplier.
