Compliance Officer - Midrand, market related salary
Degree in Food Science/Technology, Applied Science or alike, minimum of 3 years working experience in a food hygiene & /or health and safety environment implementing food safety & health and safety policies, experience in the implementation and management of ISO systems, valid EB drivers license. Temperature control, shelf life, storate practice compliance, quality focused processes, tracking coverarge, trending accuracy, reporting administration & food safety programme coverage & impact.
Knowledge of applicable legislation, SANS10330 HACCP & ISSO 22000 systems, industry standards, quality management principles, warehousing and transportation
