The momentum in South Africa's BPO sector is undeniable.

BPESA's latest figures show that in Q2 2025 alone, the GBS sector added 8,180 net new international jobs and contributed R2.3 billion in export revenue.

In 2024, the sector created over 20,000 new jobs — 90% of which went to young South Africans!

South Africa is delivering. And CallForce is proud to be part of that delivery — every single day. 💪
