We are looking for a looking for bubbly, highly motivated and ambitious individuals for Call Center. You will be taking calls from the public and travel agents, selling products to beautiful parts of the world telephonically.
Here's what we are looking for
·Exceptional customer service
·Answering telephone calls in a confident and professional manner.
·Being aware of the Company’s brochures and all products on offer for sale to the public.
·Dealing with general and customer enquiries.
·Taking payment for products over the telephone and entering information onto the system.
·Completion of related paperwork and accounts.
·Dependent upon aptitude, possibility of specialized Inbound and Outbound Agent.

*Good knowledge of computers and MS Office, Not compulsory.
Pay
Basic salary of R4500 up to R8000 plus (uncapped commission) & incentives.
