The Receptionist's primary function is to answer calls and deal with any client enquires. However, you should also be willing to assist with any admin tasks if required.
Key duties:
• Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
• Using the case management system to record client calls
• Completing checklists on a daily / weekly basis as instructed
• Helping to keep the office tidy, may involve manual handling such as handling post sacks.
• Locking up / securing the two office buildings and setting the alarms

Your role in the company would be to manage/maintain the up keep of the space making the office and meeting rooms a pleasure to work out from. You will assist the Business Managers by providing stellar customer service, hosting the office space for clients and keeping business flowing.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for the office, managing the phone and email system

Manage meeting room bookings and enquiries

Keep reception and kitchen areas tidy and inviting

Accommodate lunches for clients

Ensure all office rooms and facilities are functional and presentable and liaise with maintenance if not

Great communicator

Team player
