WORKERS’ DAY TRIBUTE | Miss Intsika Yethu EC 2025/6 | OlWETHU JONGA
Today, our reigning Queen, Miss Intsika Yethu EC 2025/6, graces us in the Advocate uniform — a deliberate and powerful statement for Workers’ Day.
She chose to wear it in honour of every worker whose labour sustains our communities: the educators who shape minds, the nurses who heal, the miners who dig deep, the mothers who nurture, and the countless hands that build our nation daily.
As both Queen and advocate, she reminds us that dignity in labour is royalty in action. Justice is not only found in courtrooms — it lives in fair wages, safe workplaces, and the respect we give to every profession.
This May 1st, we salute the spirit of the working class through her grace, poise, and purpose.
Long may we honour those who work. Long may she reign.
