Job Summary
Full-time, on-site role for a BI Department Project Co-Ordinator focusing on Media project management, compliance and ex*****on of campaigns. Acts as liaison between relevant stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Close collaboration with the Operations Team is required to ensure tasks are completed at store-level to the required standard.
Key Tasks / Areas of Responsibility
2.1 Project Management
• Media campaign management from start to finish, working closely with other members of the Business Intelligence department involved in campaign ex*****on.
• Contact person for Media, responding to queries via mail and phone calls.
• Provides detail of campaigns to the Operations Team and Merchandisers in store to ensure correct ex*****on of campaigns.
2.2 Business Intelligence
• All B.I. in conjunction with other BI team members:
o Rubecon
o Repsly
o Media Dashboard
o Route Lists – maintenance and keeping up to date
o Special Projects
• Communication with Operations Department and Management at weekly meetings.
2.3 Company Data Processing
• Route lists:
o Maintain master data
o Update Reps / Regional Managers’ Route Lists in Rubecon and Repsly
• Cover Sheets:
o Maintain Internal Cover Sheet as well as Merchandising list
o Monthly updating and distribution of sheet
2.4 Other Duties
• Support and understanding of Business Intelligence processes
• Any other duties not specified but deemed necessary
Credentials / Experience Required
• 3.1 Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or another related field
• 3.2 1–2 years’ experience in analytics with supervisory duties
• 3.3 Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related databases and web applications
Special Requirements
• 4.1 Working overtime as and when required
• 4.2 Own reliable vehicle, for use to visit stores
• 4.3 National travel on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., flying to Durban quarterly)
