Official registration with the National Department of Tourism (NDT).
Proficiency in managing guest safety, emergency procedures.
A big advantage would be a story teller guide, with a deep understanding of ecology, animal behavior, bird/plant identification, tracking, and astronomy and a strong focus on hospitality and guest service.
Trails would be an advantage but not a requirement.

FOH/manager -
Strong leadership qualities with an empathetic, inclusive and inspiring attitude.
Eye for detail.
Strong admin capabilities - neat, on time and concise.
Eloquent and warm with a natural and easy nature in service.
Hosting skills, warm, authentic and professional.

Ability to work on a full-time capacity at the resort.

A critical aspect of this position is driving profitability within a full-inclusive environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all dining venues, bars, and event spaces.

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and control costs effectively.
Leading, training, and motivating a diverse F&B team to foster a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
Managing inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and quality ingredients.
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times.
Innovating menus and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and reflect current trends.

Candidate Requirements
