In 2015, 60 Degrees CEO, Ishpal Bansal and Co-Founder, Brad Bloom had a vision for a more responsible recruitment business. Having worked both in recruitment and resourcing within agencies as well as large corporates, they wanted a business that not only had clients at the heart of what they did but moreover, supported its own people across their professional and personal lives. We acknowledge our

candidates’ individual circumstances and career aspirations and our promise is to ethically support your career transition. Ish and Brad wanted to take everything they’d learnt from their long careers leading and managing internal client recruiting teams at the likes of Deloitte, RSA, Talk Talk, Carphone Warehouse, Aviva Insurance and Tyco UK to provide 60 Degrees’ clients and candidates with exceptional levels of service and advice, that fit their business and personal goals.
