🚨 Important update for Texas ag employers 🚨

Beginning June 1, Texas is expected to resume issuing non-domiciled CDLs — initially for H-2A workers only.

This is welcome news for farmers, ranchers, custom harvesters, and custom applicators across Texas who rely on qualified seasonal drivers to keep operations moving. 🚜🌾🐂

H-2A workers applying for a non-domiciled CDL should be prepared to present the following documents:
- Valid foreign passport with visa
- Valid Form I-94/I-94A arrival/departure record
- Social Security card, if not already submitted

Employers should help workers gather documents in advance and confirm current Texas DPS requirements before scheduling or renewing.
