TELESALES DESK CLERK & CUSTOMER LIAISON / WILSONIA, EAST LONDON – This role is responsible for taking orders, customer liaison, account management, bills printing, and processing of orders. It will suit an applicant residing near Wilsonia. The start date for this role will be 2nd February 2026.

Minimum requirements
Matric/Grade 12
MUST HAVE Previous telesales/sales experience
Own reliable transport to and from work
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong skills and multitasking, accuracy, and communication (clear phone manner, good writing skills on whatsapp and e-mail)
Previous experience in Dispatch – stock checks, adjustments, picking slips, invoices, and delivery notes (advantage)
Previous experience in Cash office – balancing cash, card slips, invoices, float control, banking (advantage)
The successful Candidate must be flexible with regards to working hours, and be willing to work day or night shifts, and public holidays as required.

Role and responsibilities
Telesales – Answer calls fast, greet customers professionally, be friendly and clear
Capture orders accurately
Create production orders, and basic estimates/quotes
Manage standing and recurring orders and special instructions
Check order accuracy before confirming; fix any errors promptly
Print and prepare reports, picking sheets, invoices
Update customer details and delivery notes
Follow pricing and discount rules; no unauthorized price changes
Communicate with production, dispatch, drivers, and accounts to resolve issues
Keep call logs and daily sales notes
Dispatch support as and when required
Cash office support as and when required.

Salary: R8,500

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales, and Customer relations, be self-driven to achieve targets and the ability to manage high-volume customer interactions while maintaining outstanding service levels.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) required.
At least 1–2 years of telesales, call centre, or customer service experience — FMCG experience is an advantage.
Strong communication (English/Afrikaans) and negotiation skills.
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, friendly, and customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
Promote current products, promotions, and new releases.
Monitor stock availability and liaise with the warehouse and logistics team for deliveries.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Update customer information and order details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks when required.

Salary: R6,000 basic, plus guaranteed comm for first 3 months, thereafter commission on GP

INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN/EAST LONDON – The Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hydroponic systems, greenhouse structures, and agricultural automation equipment. This role requires the willingness to work on-site at various client locations, as well as the ability to travel and be away from home fairly frequently. This position will be required to start in January 2026.

REQUIREMENTS;
Valid Driver’s License (Code 08 – not negotiable)
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge essential.
Ability to work with tools, power equipment, and technical instruments.
Ability to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to Install and commission greenhouse process computers; fertiliser dosing systems – both plumbing and control – and similar greenhouse
Ability to Install and commission greenhouse automation – motor/gearboxes, fans and similar electrically operated devices
Ability to Install and commission irrigation controllers
Service and calibrate equipment like tools and machines
Ideally, must have electronics skills (RS485 networks and controllers like gate motors or irrigation computers) and some experience with industrial automation and/or irrigation systems.
In-house fabrication (welding, fitting) of equipment like steel pump stands, frames and pump units
Onsite or remote trouble-shooting of equipment malfunctions, assisting customers with DIY repairs, sometimes after hours
Assisting customers with programming of controllers
Preferred Skills & Experience (Advantageous)
Experience with greenhouse automation systems (motors, controllers, sensors); fertigation systems and nutrient dosing equipment; Knowledge of irrigation design principles; Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or agricultural engineering; Experience in commercial farming operations

Salary – Market related depending on experience + company phone, vehicle for business purposes, corporate clothing and all travel expenses.

SALES MANAGER (FMCG) / EAST LONDON – To achieve and maintain daily, monthly targets across all GT outlets within assigned routes, new business development, as well as maintaining existing Client Base. Must have a valid code 08 Driver’s license, and be flexible, and available on week-ends.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Route Control
Execute and monitor all daily sales activities across GT routes; Ensure accurate Route sheets, order accuracy, and disciplined ex*****on from the sales team; Maintain consistent store standards, including pricing, display quality, stock rotation, and branding compliance.

Chain Store Growth & Management
Visit each major chain-store customer twice per month; Check and document pricing, display quality, returns management, and product range; Negotiate increases in range or order quantities and document outcomes; Submit a monthly Chain Store Volume Report comparing current vs. previous month results with actions taken to drive growth.

Team Leadership & Development
Supervise Sales Representatives and Driver-Sales staff; Conduct daily morning briefings and end-of-day debriefings; Enforce completion of all daily operational documents, including route sheets, orders, and WhatsApp Snapshot Reports; Take immediate corrective or disciplinary action where performance gaps or absenteeism occur; Train staff in pricing, merchandising, and customer engagement; Collaborate daily with Dispatch and Telesales departments to prevent double deliveries, correct order issues, and resolve system discrepancies; Investigate and immediately correct any store overpricing or misuse of Fresh Bake branding; Ensure all SOP acknowledgements are signed and up to date; confirm and document training comprehension; Enforce all SOPs, including - Sales Growth Plan SOP, Order Desk Daily SOP, Promotional Material SOP (branding control), Price Adjustment Policy

Reporting & Verification
Daily: Submit a Snapshot Report with photos, list of stores visited, issues identified, and actions taken.
weekly: Provide a Consolidated Sales Report (MTD/YTD vs. targets) every Saturday by 17:00.
Monthly: Submit route cost and fuel report, route/store profitability analysis, and progress summary by the 10th.
All reports must be typed, dated, and uploaded to the shared drive—WhatsApp messages are not accepted as official documentation.
Be prepared to provide original invoices, route sheets, photos, or any supporting documents on request.

Performance Measures
Achievement of GT volume targets
Month-on-month growth in chain store volumes
Team performance, discipline, and operational compliance
Accuracy and timeliness of reports
Store standards and adherence to SOPs

Salary: R15 – R20k, plus commission structure, company vehicle, company fuel
Work days – Monday – Saturday (flexibility on week-ends)
