Position: Sales Representative
Locations: Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town
Company: TTG Group (Client)

Job Overview:
TTG Group is seeking experienced, results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join their sales teams. This is an onsite, field-based role involving direct client visits and face-to-face sales. This position is not remote.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (field/telecom sales preferred)
Proven sales track record
Must have own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated

Key Performance Expectations:
Minimum of 4 deals per month

Remuneration and Benefits:
Basic salary: R7,000 – R15,000 (depending on experience)
Petrol allowance provided after 2 months if targets are met

Job Overview:
TTG-Group, a reputable South African company, is seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to support its outbound calling activities. This role involves basic appointment setting, contacting potential clients and booking confirmed appointments. The position is fully remote, and a company dialer is provided.
This opportunity is well suited to individuals with call centre or telemarketing experience who are confident on the phone and focused on results.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using the company-provided dialer
Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
Book and confirm appointments according to set criteria
Accurately record call outcomes and appointment details
Send reports to clients with clear breakdowns of activity and results
Maintain open and professional communication with clients
Achieve a minimum of 5 booked appointments per day (10 preferred)
Follow provided scripts and call guidelines

Minimum Requirements:
Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, or call centre experience
Clear English communication skills
Confident and professional phone etiquette
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setup

What’s Offered:
Fully remote position (South Africa only)
Dialer and calling system provided
Paid per booked appointment
