The National Minimum Wage
All workers must earn a minimum rate of R20.00 per hour
Wage calculations exclude additional benefit, allowance and tips (Exempted Sectors: Domestic Workers, Farm Workers and EPWP workers))
An employee or worker who works less than four hours on any day is entitled to be paid for four hours work
If not paid NMW lodge a complaint at nearest Department of Labour or CCMA will represent you
