For our client within the Financial Advisory Service Industry based in Rosebank, Johannesburg. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company.

Duties not limited to:
• Reception work
• Basic office administration responsibilities
• Insure: claims submission
• Tracking & anniversaries of client email distribution for 7 Advisors
• Monitoring Outlook inboxes from incoming clients and distributing them to respective admin team
• Assisting the Senior Admin
• CRM uploads, backend compliance admin
• General day to day client operational requests

Experience/Qualifications/skills
• Minimum of a Matric certificate
• Diploma or Financial Planning Re1
• Minimum of 2 years plus similar work experience within insurance/financial advising industries
• Discovery Product experience is an advantage
• Strong computer skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Extremely organised, efficient and on the ball
