🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SAFETY SUPERVISOR

📍 Locations: Midrand & Carletonville (Kwastina)

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to join its team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the SHEQ & IMS systems
• Conduct safety audits, inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with the OHS Act and applicable legislation
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses
• Coordinate ISO and SHEQ audits
• Monitor corrective & preventative actions
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
• Maintain SHEQ documentation and reports

🎯 Requirements

✔ Grade 12 / Matric
✔ National Diploma in Safety Management, SAMTRAC or equivalent
✔ 5+ years' manufacturing experience
✔ Strong knowledge of the OHS Act
✔ Experience with ISO Management Systems and audits
✔ Incident investigation and risk assessment experience
✔ Strong reporting and administrative skills
✔ Computer literate – MS Office
✔ Valid Code 8 driver's licence
