What you'll do

Retouch & finish high-volume product, on-model / seasonal shoot images for web, marketplaces & social

precise deep etching, clipping paths and background removal across clothing, accessories, bags and reflective products

Retouch on-model imagery, including garment clean-up (creases, lint, shape) and consistent colour across seasonal shoots

Clean up images, correct colour and make sure what customers see matches the real product

Crop, resize and optimise files for web and other digital channels

basic compositing and creative asset prep when needed

Check your own work before submitting it, and apply feedback quickly and accurately

Follow naming conventions, folder structures and version control, and keep the image library tidy

Work with photographers, stylists, designers and e-commerce team to hit launch deadlines

Use approved automation and AI-assisted tools where it assists with speed & quality

MIN. REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years' image retouching exp. (ideally e-commerce, retail / studio environment)

Strong Adobe Photoshop skills and working knowledge of Creative Cloud (Lightroom / Capture One ideal)

Proven deep etching & clipping path ability, with excellent attention to detail

Solid colour correction and colour management skills

Understanding of how lighting, angles, colour and texture affect the final image

Be accurate & consistent in high-volume workflows

Good time management / meeting tight deadlines

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Photography or Multimedia (ideal)

Understanding of garment presentation & e-commerce styling

Exposure to AI-assisted retouching or upscaling tools (advantages)

Basic understanding of copyright & image-use rules (advantageous)
