My client a National Retailer who has over 20 stores nationwide as well as a few concept stores, is looking to hire a Retail stock administrator.

This is a key support administration position, responsible for assisting the Retail stock controller, who is focused on stock management for all retail stores, debtors invoicing, cash ups and all customer queries.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with all administration duties relating to stock control, stock reports.
• Assist with weekly and monthly stock count reports, including SKU Counts.
• Assist with weekly bulk stock count.
• Assist with capturing of stock count into information system.
• To assist with all other administration functions.
• Assist with debtors invoicing.
• Calculating commissions on daily store reports
• Managing store queries E.g. maintenance of stores stationery/printers/

Person Specification:
• Min 5 years’ Experience in Administration heavy environment essential, ideally in a retail environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and working knowledge of Pastel Evolution.
• High attention to detail.
• Solid team player, having worked previously in highly pressured fast paced environment.
• Pastel evolution knowledge essential
• Must be able to follow instructions and procedures

FINANCE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

I am currently working with a client that is currently looking to hire a Business / Financial Admin Manager to Support the Financial Head for their Head Office based in Springfield area.

Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions,and processing reimbursements.
The ideal person will be proficient on Pastel, solid excel skills and ability to prioritize workload and be passionate about working in a admin heavy environment.

Duties:
Create and update spreadsheets of all transactions
Assist with accounts receivable and payable
Review and process reimbursements
Keep records of invoices and other payments
Identify and address account discrepancies

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
Hands-on experience with accounting software, Pastel
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
Time-management and organization skills
Confidentiality.

JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER - BENONI - JHB

I am currently looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to be based in Benoni. JHB . Working for a fantastic company within the retail space. This individual will be working closely with the Senior Bookkeeper & reporting into Senior Accountant.

Working with Pastel, the ideal candidate will be repsonsible for the following:

• Assist Senior Bookkeeper in handling changes to accounting books and balances accounts.
• Maintain bookkeeping records, copying and filing information as required.
• Produce client billing statements and invoices.
• Ensure bills and invoices are paid on time.
• Posting of subsidiary books on Pastel
• extensive experience processing large volumes of invoices in a daily basis.
• Capturing and posting of sales invoices on accounting system (pastel system)
• Capturing and posting of supplier invoices on accounting system (pastel system)
• Capturing cashbook (book receipts and payments) liaising with debtor to ensure the correct allocation of receipts received from customers and suppliers.

CORPORATE SERVICING BROKER - Johannesburg

A high profile role, supporting the Director of Corporate Accounts for a Large Insurance Broker. The core focus of the Corporate Servicing Broker will be to establish and build the relationships between the various divisions of a Large Corporate account on a national basis and the Insurance Company, this will be done by facilitating claims, producing monthly and quarterly reports on all Corporate claims, underwriting and cover queries.

The Ideal Candidate for this position will have the following:

BCom Finance Degree / Relevant Degree within Financial Services
Minimum 5 years corporate broking & client servicing experience relative in particular and preferably to the servicing of corporate claims.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Large corporate commercial portfolio’s.
Extensive and diverse Insurance Knowledge & working experience.
FAIS compliant and Higher Certificate in Insurance exams (AIISA an advantage).
RE Representative Exams Completed.
Excellent client and insurer relationships at a senior level.
Proven track record in client servicing and business development.
Background in a commercial fast paced environment is essential
